We start with an in person client consultation to understand your goals, training history, lifestyle, and any injuries — so the plan is built around you from day one.

02 / Foundations

Your first session is dedicated to building foundations — movement screening, technique work, and establishing the baseline we'll progress from.

03 / Training

Ongoing personal training sessions delivering progressive, structured programming tailored to your goals — with continual coaching and adjustment.
